Founded in 2023, NanoMatter is extending the frontier in semiconductor deposition technology. Specializing in Metalorganic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) systems, our mission is to empower semiconductor fabs and researchers and users of ultra-thin films. While delivering AI optimized processes with unparalleled high uniformity of thickness and quality across large diameter wafers, we are enabling breakthroughs in 2D materials, compound semiconductors, and advanced thin-film applications.

Headquartered in the Silicon Valley of India, Bangalore, we combine deep materials science expertise and data science to solve bottlenecks in thin film deposition.
